It is a machine for the production of bottom welded bags from tubular film.

Los materiales de la película tubular pueden ser:
Polietileno PE (HDPE, MDPE, LDPE), polipropileno PP, tanto virgen como regenerado, BIO Plastics (orgánico, biodegradable o compostable).

Se construye en anchos de: 1000 – 1200 – 1400 – 1600 – 2000 – 2500

PUPA 1000

It is a machine for the production of open mouth bags, T-shirt bag with bottom sealing from PE tubular film material (HDPE or LDPE).

Pupa 1000 está equipada con BARRAS de SOLDADURA para CAMISETA colocadas en el centro de la máquina para la producción de paquetes de bolsas con doble soldadura.
Los paquetes se depositan en la alfombra de recepción listos para ser troquelados y así obtener bolsas camiseta.

Excluding the use of the T-shirt welder, the machine is immediately ready for the production of "open mouth" bags, thus maintaining the original features of great versatility.

FUTURA DS

Machine with double sealing bar for the production of open mouth bags with bottom sealing. Using tubular film or open mouth bags with side welds, using monopleg films. You can work with HDPE, LDPE and REGENERATED materials.

ROLL

Automatic machine to produce pre-cut bags, in roll with mandrel, with bottom sealing using tubular film or double folding film.

It can also produce pre-cut sheets in rolls with mandrel using both virgin and regenerated PE film (HDPE, LDPE).

Se construye en anchos de: 1200 – 1600 – 2000
Longitud de bolsa: min 200 mm y max 50000 mm.

FUTURA DSDPP

Máquina con barra de soldadura doble para producir bolsas de boca abierta con soldadura de fondo con film tubular y bolsas de boca abierta con soldaduras laterales con film mono plegados.
Los materiales que pueden trabajar pueden ser HDPE, LDPE y también REGENERADOS

Se construye en anchos de: 2000 – 2500
Longitud de la bolsa: min 200 mm – max 5000 mm

MED 1000

Máquina automática para producir bolsas médicas, confeccionadas superponiendo dos films, incluso de diferentes materiales, con un sistema perfecto de centrado y tensado.
Permite la aplicación de grupos de soldadura específicos y corte, también para grandes superficies.
